We provide national and european environmental, Health and Safety and Quality legislation to our clients. Depending on the needs of our customers, when new environmental or Health and Safety legislation enters into force at both Portuguese and EU’s level, we send the new legislation.

Each statute, if the customer so desires, may be accompanied by a report prepared by AmbiPrime, which contains the scope of the law, its requirements, the associated fines, revocations and actions to be taken to achieve full compliance.

Certification of an Environmental Management System, according to ISO 14001 or EMAS (Environmental Management and Audit Scheme), implies the existence of a list of environmental legislation applicable to the activities of a given company. AmbiPrime provides lists of environmental legislation to organizations implementing Environmental Management Systems and Safety Mnagement Systems OHSAS 18001.

In addition to the lists referred to in the previous paragraph we also provide an online service for compliance with legal requirements in partnership with the Anthesis Group.

The service focuses on the use of Lvlegislação, an online platform that allows the optimization of the resources that an organization uses to manage and demonstrate compliance with legal requirements in Environment, Health and Safety at Work and Quality.

The use of the online Lvlegislação platform is complemented with consulting support, provided by AmbiPrime, to users in order to resolve any doubts concerning the interpretation of legal requirements.
